At CineStill Film, we stand by the quality of our analog photography tools and electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your hardware purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging, unused, and includes all accessories and documentation provided at the time of purchase.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack your electronics securely to prevent transit damage and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping container.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
